As a certified nutritionist, personal trainer, and coach, I prioritize my health both in the gym and in the kitchen. I previously owned a boutique fitness studio, was featured on Dr. Oz Show, and now currently leading as the head coach at Orangetheory Fitness Poughkeepsie and working on publishing my first book and apparel line.
